How Voice Project gives back

How Voice Project gives back

Organisations across Australia recognise the importance of making a positive impact on their local communities and increasing their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

At Voice Project, we believe in walking the talk by giving back to our community. During the pandemic, we released a COVID-19 pulse survey which was made available for free to help organisations navigate the widespread disruption. As we faced the unprecedented difficulties together, it was very pleasing to receive your feedback via our Client Survey about how this initiative helped:

“We have been involved with Voice Project for many years now and have always had such positive dealings with Voice Project staff… the COVID surveys, in particular, were of particular benefit to our organisation during such a turbulent time.”

Supporting good work

Voice Project also supports organisations throughout the year via:

·         Hosting free webinars and events to share best-practice stories and workplace research.

·         Awarding organisations who achieve excellent employee engagement or positive change.

·         Minimising our environmental footprint by using green electricity (a choice that saved approx. 5.5 tonnes of
greenhouse gas emissions in the last quarter).

Voice Project’s core purpose is "improving organisations by giving people a voice." We grew out of a research program at Macquarie University in 2002 and our first clients were not-for-profits. We are very proud to have worked with some exceptional organisations for 20 years. We look forward to continuing to support organisations across the public, private and not-profit sectors as they listen their people’s voice and use the feedback to make improvements to the world of work.

Voice Project provides research-backed surveys that measure employee engagement, leadership capability and customer satisfaction. These state-of-the-art surveys help organisations get the best feedback to drive positive change. Voice Project works with organisations across the not-for profit, private and public sectors.
