Cultivating Change Capability

Establishing the groundwork for change can be challenging, especially during a period of increased uncertainty, competition and regulation. Often, organisation changes fail when there is low staff engagement or a lack of resources and processes to support change.

With the world changing at such a rapid rate, organisations will need to take on a broader perspective, to not just focus on present change but to build workplace capability and agility to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to hear how Charles Sturt University were able to cultivate a strong foundation which allowed them to achieve significant change, despite experiencing significant internal and external challenges within the university sector.

We'll hear from CSU's Fiona Murphy (Director of Culture, Capability & Wellbeing) and Genevieve Doyle (Manager, Strategic Change Management) on how they built organisational capability for change, the challenges they faced and what they have learned along the way.

Please note, given the current circumstances, we will not be hosting our traditional breakfast events this year. Instead, this event will be hosted in a webinar format only.

Thank you all for attending our webinar. A recording of the available will be made available shortly.
