Every 6 months, Voice Project takes the opportunity to give our clients a voice through our Client Survey. The feedback we receive from the survey is something we value highly at Voice Project, as it helps us to constantly improve what we offer our clients.
Surveys are a great way to efficiently and confidentially give staff in organisations a voice. They are a way of capturing and presenting the majority view – often touted as a key advantage in countering the ‘squeaky wheel’ by uncovering the view of the ‘silent’ majority.

Council Staff Survey
On a freezing winter’s day at 6 in the morning I recently travelled to a Council depot to present employee engagement survey results to their outdoor staff.
