Every 6 months, Voice Project takes the opportunity to give our clients a voice through our Client Satisfaction Survey. The feedback we receive is highly valued at Voice Project as it helps us to improve our services. It also gives us an opportunity to take a moment to celebrate how we help our clients.

100% of clients agreed Voice Project met agreed deadlines, produced reports at a reasonable speed and responded quickly to requests and questions, which is unchanged from our previous client surveys.


100% of our clients agreed that Voice Project staff were open and honest in communications with them.

Survey Platform & Support

100% of clients agreed that the survey portal they use to manage and monitor their survey was well designed and easy to use. This is a great validation of the effort that has been put in by Voice Project into creating a user-friendly tool that allows clients to have flexibility and control throughout the survey process.

Acting on Client Feedback

The second half of 2019 is looking exciting with our office expansion recently completed and our website upgrade due to be implemented by the end of the year. We'll also be having our first breakfast event on the topic of workplace wellness, and we're looking forward to contributing to the conversation on this increasingly topical area.
