Every 6 months, Voice Project takes the opportunity to give our clients a voice through our Customer Satisfaction Survey. The feedback we receive is highly valued at Voice Project as it helps us to constantly improve. It also gives us an opportunity to take a moment to celebrate how we help our clients.

100% of our clients rated Voice Project and our staff as protective of the confidentiality of responses and results, and 99% rated our staff as ethical.

Survey Support

100% of clients agreed that we offered effective assistance for setting up and monitoring their survey. Further, 98% found the survey portal well designed, easy to use and effective for managing surveys.


100% of clients agreed Voice Project met their organisations origonal objectives, and 99% of clients found the reports we provided useful.

Acting on customer feedback

This year we’ve seen several years of research and development work come to fruition, much of this work being directed by customer feedback. Our new report redesign is now out for the vast majority of projects, and we are constantly making improvements to our internal surveying platform to enhance its capability and usability. It’s also been the second year of running our IT Service Quality Benchmark surveys, and as promised we have worked closely with these organisations over the past year to ensure their experience with Voice is as positive as our other clients.

In 2018, we look forward to continued improvement of our platform and products, greater recognition of our high achieving clients, and several new faces as we expand our team.
